Payment options

You can use your NDIS funds, GP Care Plan or private health insurance Extras cover to claim a rebate after paying.

Using NDIS funds

  • ​Claim your reimbursement from your NDIS fund (item number 12_025_0128_3_3) 

Using a GP Care Plan

  • Contact Medicare to claim your rebate for 5 appointments per year (item number 93000)

Using private health insurance Extras cover

  • Contact your private health fund to claim your rebate if dietitian services are included in your Extras cover (item number 301 for initial appointments and 302 for review appointments)
